Instructions

  1. The night before, spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of Cacaonut onto parchment paper and freeze until solid.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a griddle over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter.
  5. Place a frozen Cacaonut disc in the center and cover with another tablespoon of batter.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip carefully. Cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh berries.
