These classic French crepes are impossibly thin, delicate, and absolutely delicious when filled with our premium Cacaonut chocolate hazelnut spread. Perfect for a special breakfast, brunch, or even as a dessert, these crepes are sure to impress your family and guests.

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine.
  2. Add salt and melted butter; beat until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter, tilting the pan to spread evenly.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  5. Spread 1 tablespoon of Cacaonut on each warm crepe and fold into quarters.
  6. Top with fresh strawberries and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately!
